As we see in today's scenario, we find the biggest reason behind SUICIDE is lacuna of problem solving, critical thinking and life management skills in youth. Because they don't know how to manage multiple things in life at the same time. For this we have to understand that, problems are not life, problems are just the part of life. When we are talking about problem solving, critical thinking, and life management skills, they all are co- related with each other, if we think critically, we solve the problem instantly without worrying about it and if we do this, we learn the life management skill, which help us to live a happy life
So, here are many ways to develop these skills -
1. Do scribbling
Scribble every day, means about every day’s feelings, emotions either it is good or bad, about every day’s experiences along with the lessons you have drawn. It develops hand-eye coordination skills. It also helps to develop imagination power and thinking skill.
2. Write problems
" A problem well stated is a problem half solved " said Charles Kettering.
Problem is half solved, if we write the problem on a paper. When we write the problem on the paper, we focus it more and tackle them in more orderly way. We would start to think about the positive perspective of the problem and try to find out the worthy solution of the problem. From this we identify the root cause of the problem and try to solve it. We have to see the problems as an opportunity because we cannot learn how to play the guitar without hitting a few wrong notes.
As per successful people they think different, they take problems as an opportunity. There don't talk about the problems they only think about the solutions. When there was a problem of communication while living apart from each other Martin Cooper thought about the solution and he invented mobile phone.
3. Communicate in a productive way
We have to communicate in a productive way. Communicate with family, friends in a productive way about problems and try to find out the solution. If we do it then we will easily find out the solution. From this, we will learn to practice visualizing problems. This will increase thinking power, imagination power and solution-oriented skills in us.
4. Talk to yourself
As we see in today’s ambiance, student is busy in bookish knowledge rather than social knowledge. We have to become social and critic of our own thoughts. We have to find solace and tranquillity in ourselves. The person who face the problem, he is the only one who finds the better solution. We need to value life, if we value life, we will never chicken-out on small things.
Whenever we feel ourselves alone, we have to see in the mirror and we find the person who is with us in every condition of our life and who stays positive with us in every situation, always encourage us and never demotivate us.
5. Power of thoughts
We have to realise the power of thoughts,
As stated by Mahatma Gandhi "A man is the product of his thoughts. whatever he thinks, he becomes".
When we are alone our thoughts are always with us like our best friend. Two types of thoughts are here - dusty thoughts and cemented thoughts. We should always have cemented ones. So, we have to think positive so it will give us positivism.
