How to love your job?

“Love the journey from failure to success not the stardom after getting success because If you like just stardom then you are not going to get a permanent success.”
When we are not happy with our work and we are not satisfied with our work then we start to find our happiness in materialistic things like – party, mooching around. We think that these things will give us happiness. But it is not true. These things will give us temporary happiness not permanent happiness. For finding permanent happiness there is only way that is: -
“Love that work which you are doing.”
There are 5 ways to love the job.
Aspire for big: - Set a target for that work. Do that work cordially. And never think for small targets. Because when you think for small targets then your efforts are less. When you think for big targets then your efforts are more. And someone great said: -
“It is insult of life when we live it for small targets.”

Give your best: - Whenever you find an opportunity then firstly utilize that opportunity. And give your 100% in that work on daily basis. And do work like hell.
Do not procrastinate: - Do all works which you have decided in a day because when you will not do your work then you will procrastinate things that: -
“I will do this work tomorrow.”
If you would do this then your mind will get a pressure that you have not completed this work yet. It will make you peevish and that peevishness will not let you focus your work or job and it will end up in hating the job.
Do not focus on money: - Someone’s great saying is “love your path not destiny”
The meaning of this line is do not focus on the fruit of that work because what will happen? When you will be focusing on the money of that work then you will not be able to do your work which you want. You will do your work because you want the money of your work.
Concept of stairs: - In this concept life is like a ladder. We can climb the ladders one by one. Every step is essential part of our life and we cannot skip any step of the ladders so just like this, loving the job is also important part of the ladders of our life. We cannot climb the ladders of success by skipping it.
