Employability Skills | Skills Everyone Needs to be a good employee or employer

Employability is an ability, which teaches us to acquire a job and to stay in it with a happy and thankful heart but when a job or any profession which give you just money, not happiness and satisfaction then you do it reluctantly. Employability is growing self and help others’ to grow either by being an employee or an employer while becoming the preeminent asset of the organization but the irony is that, many employees and employers do not have employability to employ and get employed and in result, employees keep cursing to employers & employers keep cursing to employees and sometimes they keep blaming the market conditions.

Shiv Khera once stated “We don’t have business problems; we have people problems” and this line of him can be easily witnessed in today’s scenario.

To have employability, one needs to focus on one work with complete dedication and to get ready to face all the challenges which might come before. Presently, there is almost no competition in market or in any field for those who are hardworking. You all would be amazed as it must be seeming a wrong statement because it has been being inculcated in our mind since our childhood by many people that this world is full of competition but it is not true.

Bitter truth is that people want to get more from the company or organization than they are giving to it and then they keep spreading the rumour that market is full of competition. There is just one way to eradicate competition and that is, one has to give more to organization than the organization is giving to him/her.

Some points to follow to have a great employability:

1) Never think that you are compelled to work (reluctantly), love your job and you will never get tired of it.
2) Employees and employers are the important pillars of any organization. They both must have a personality of immense co-operation towards each other.
3) Give your 100% to the company where you are working, consider it like your company; you will be amazed at the results.
